These trays are often found in an adjustable height which enables the computer user to shift the keyboard as per own comfort and convenience in between the work. It results in a better posture and makes the user avoid the possibility of hunching towards the keyboard.

Several ailments like arthritis, spinal disorders, back pain, neck pain, etc. can be escaped from with the use of such a tray for keyboards. In some types of these trays, the angle of the keyboard can be adjusted through the option of tilting the keyboard as per one’s own convenience. The strain on the wrists is thus reduced during the work time.
